​APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s Degree with three or more years related experience providing direct services (in-home family support or Wraparound services) and three or more years related experience in a supervisory position.
-
Working knowledge of wraparound, community resources, proven experience on how to leverage resources on behalf of the clients/families we serve, and an experienced user with Evolv and its various capabilities
-
Must have valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be approved as a driver by HND’s insurance carrier
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of programs and services within assigned service area, including providing client services.
-
Understand and adhere to program budget, funding sources, contract holders, and key agency partnerships. Ensure efficient use of resources by maximizing identification and utilization of alternative funding streams; staff and follow up on Flex Fund requests.
-
Implement managerial strategies that will guide staff to identify goals, develop new skills, and problem-solve. Model the program by sustaining an assigned caseload.
-
Represent The House Next Door, its mission, and promote its programs at community meetings and or functions as it relates to job duties.
-
Manage Human Resources within your service area; including assistance with recruitment, training and regular evaluations of job performance.
-
Act as communication liaison between Administration and C.A.R.E.S. staff.
-
Maintain regular working hours; may require evening flexibility in providing services to staff and clients.
-
Facilitate weekly team meetings and individual supervisions.
-
Assess gaps in services, provide leadership in capacity building, and assist the Director in the ongoing development of implementation.
-
Co-facilitate Family Team Conferences and assist with complex cases as needed
-
Ensure compliance of program documentation to include regular supervision in Evolv and checks of documentation are input into Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN).
-
Oversee and ensure accuracy of all required internal and external program reports.
-
Ensure program adherence to model practice and fidelity by developing individualized fidelity plans for staff and observation of new staff as defined in program model.
-
Conduct weekly reviews of case records. Ensure Satisfaction Surveys and the fidelity Wraparound Observation Forms are incorporated into every Family Team Conference. Review Care Plans to ensure they have clearly defined outcomes.

Florida Registered Intern or Florida Licensed clinical therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health or Clinical Social Work, or license eligible with one year’s experience working with sexually abused children and their families. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Must have valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be approved as a driver by HND’s insurance carrier.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain sufficient caseload to meet the needs of clients and the agency. Meet outcomes and objectives of the assigned program area. Provide legal and ethical delivery, advocating for client rights. Deliver counseling services for individuals and families with a variety of mental health needs. Additional training in trauma counseling in accordance with the Children’s Medical Services Sexual Abuse Treatment Program available.
