Mental Health Therapist
Full Time - $22.00 - $28.00 per hour 
Positions available in Palm Coast 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Florida Licensed clinical therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health or Psychology or license eligible therapist with one year's experience working with sexually abused children and their families. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Must have valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be approved by HND's insurance carrier. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain sufficient caseload to meet the needs of clients and the agency. Meet outcomes and objectives of the assigned program area. Provide legal and ethical delivery, advocating for client rights.  Deliver counseling services for individuals and families with a variety of mental health needs.  Additional training in trauma counseling in accordance with the Children’s Medical Services Sexual Abuse Treatment Program available.

C.A.R.E.S. Coordinator 

Full Time - $17.50 - $19.50 per hour 

Two Full Time Positions, one based in Palm Coast that will be covering Flagler and Putnam Counties and one based in DeLand that will be covering Volusia and possibly Flagler Counties. 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor level with 3 years' experience working with at-risk families. Must have valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The C.A.R.E.S. Coordinator provides in-home services to families at high risk for entering the child welfare system to include education, safety planning, and assessment. 

  • Using a strength based approach, the Coordinator builds, and facilitates a care team comprised of family, community and professional supports to assist the family in carrying out the goals written in the treatment plan. 

C.A.R.E.S. Administrative Assistant

Part Time - $12.00 - $14.00 per hour 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Clerical skills with above average typing skills. Computer competent, work experience in an office setting and experience working with the public. Detailed, organized, able to meet deadlines, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Experience managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks relating to schedules, reports and correspondence. Flexibility with problem solving and decision-making skills and able to work independently. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by the Agency's liability carrier. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Assistant for the C.A.R.E.S. Program to include phone calls, scheduling clients for intakes/sessions, following up with case workers, creating completion certificates, copies, scanning and entering information into an Electronic Health Records System. General Administrative Assistant duties and clerical support. 

Contract Family Therapist 

Positions based in Palm Coast and DeLand


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

Therapy Administrative Assistant

Full Time - $13.00 - $15.00 per hour 

Positions based in DeLand


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Clerical skills with above average typing skills. Computer competent, work experience in an office setting and experience working with the public. Detailed, organized, able to meet deadlines, empathetic, nonjudgmental. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by the Agency's liability carrier. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ​​

Provide telephone coverage, greet and assist clients, calendar management, set appointments. Strong knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, Electronic Health Records systems, admissions and referrals. General Administrative Assistant duties and clerical support. 

Family Partner

Full Time - $16.25 - $18.25 per hour 

Two Full Time Positions, one based in Palm Coast that will be covering Flagler and Putnam Counties and one based in DeLand that will be covering Volusia and possibly Flagler Counties. 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required. AA/AS Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. Three years' experience navigating the Child Welfare System and formal experience as a consumer, foster or adoptive parent. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by the Agency's liability carrier. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This is a liaison position involving the support and coordination of services for caregivers and families who require diversion and prevention supports. 

  • The Family Partner will work in concert with the Care Coordinator to conduct strength discoveries and co-lead Family Team Conferencing. 

  • The Family Partner engages through education and provides direct support, helps carry out crisis stabilization, models a strength-based approach, is a team member as needed and temporary surrogate support. 

  • The Family Partner carries out plan strategies, links families to natural supports and community resources, helps families complete paperwork and model parenting skills.
