Full-Time positions include the following benefits:
120 hours of paid time off in your first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6 – 10, and 240 hours after 11 plus years.  10 paid holidays per year.  Agency pays 87% of health insurance costs, provides a life insurance policy, and up to 3% match in a Simple IRA.

Clinical Supervisor Therapy

Positions based in DeLand

Annual Salary Range - $60,320 - $68,640

Full-time - Monday through Friday 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:​​

• Must have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited University. 

• Must have a clear and active license with the Florida Department of Health in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work. 

• Preferred to be a qualified supervisor with State of Florida with a minimum of five years of experience. 

• Must have official training and/or certification in trauma work. 

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance and be insurable by the Agency's liability carrier.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ​​​

• Provide supervision to staff and back up supervision to Clinical staff. 

• Responsible for ensuring all staff are in compliance with COA and Medicaid requirements. 

• Training for Clinical Staff. 

• Maintain caseload of 18 - 22 clients, as determined by Director. 

• Availability for on call when the clinic is open. 

• Prepares, recommends, and enforces agency policies and procedures within therapy department in conjunction with the Clinical Director. 

• Facilitates group supervision in conjunction with the Clinical Director. 

• Daily management of staff, Victim's Advocate and interns in supervisors' module on Evolv as a back up for the Clinical Director. 

• To assist and participate in all agency fundraising.
