Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist

Full-time - $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Position available in DeLand


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma with computer experience, basic Excel skills, experience managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks and have exceptional organizational skills.  Certification in medical billing or experience in Medicaid billing.  SAGE 100 experience a plus.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee responsibilities will include Medicaid and other fund sources billing, posting, uploading and follow up.  Review benefit assignments and follow up on clients with missing information or errors. Inputting journal entries, preparing agency reports, all accounts payable, maintain accurate account payable files and bank deposits.  Assist with journal entries, general ledger and annual audit.
 
Parent Educator
Full Time - $31,200 annual Salary

Positions available in DeLand 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in related field with experience in counseling at risk parents.  Background in group dynamics, child development, family systems and adult learning or equivalent experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate weekly multifamily interactive parent groups.

  • Develop individual family success plans with each client & support, assist and encourage parents in prioritizing goals and achieving progress in reaching them.

  • Hold scheduled individual sessions with parents.

  • Maintain accurate client files and attendance records.

There are two components to assist parents in increasing their basic parenting skills utilizing the Nurturing Parent curriculum.  One track is for parents of preschoolers and one is for elementary aged children. 

Program Goal:  Enhancement of parents’ ability to create stable and nurturing home environment.

Trauma Therapist
Full Time - $22.00 - $28.00 per hour 
Positions available in Palm Coast and DeLand 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Florida Licensed clinical therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health or Psychology or license eligible therapist with one year's experience working with sexually abused children and their families. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Must have valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver trauma counseling in accordance with the Children's Medical Services Sexual Abuse Treatment Program. Maintain sufficient caseload to meet the needs of clients and the agency. Meet outcomes and objectives of the assigned program area. Provide legal and ethical delivery, advocating for client rights. 

Associate Director of Clinical Services
Full Time - $28.00 - $30.00 per hour 
Positions available in DeLand 


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Florida Licensed Clinical Therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health or Psychology, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in supervision of staff, sexual abuse treatment and clinical services. Must have valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clinical supervision of all therapeutic services, including training

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Clinical Departments, including intake, assessment, client caseloads, therapeutic groups

  • Ensure that staff maintain client caseload, documenting a minimum of 60 percent of a 40 hour work week with client contact and/or supervision

  • Manage agency intake/assessment system for clinical services

  • Implement and monitor staffing for emergencies, vacations and other absences

  • Monitor the quality and maintenance of files for interns and staff 

  • Read and understand budgets to monitor department revenues/expenses 

C.A.R.E.S. Coordinator

Full Time - $17.50 - $19.50 per hour 
Positions available in Flagler County and Volusia County  


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor level with 3 years' experience working with at-risk families. Must have valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The C.A.R.E.S. Coordinator provides in-home services to families at high risk for entering the child welfare system to include education, safety planning, and assessment. 

  • Using a strength based approach the Coordinator builds, and facilitates, a care team comprised of family, community and professional supports to assist the family in carrying out the goals written in the treatment plan.
