     The House Next Door provides full-time employees 120 hours of paid time off in the first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6-10 and 240 hours after 11 plus years of employment.   Employees receive 10 paid holidays per year.

 

     The agency also offers bereavement, family medical, military, and jury duty leave.  We offer a disability pool and professional liability insurance.   The agency currently pays 87% of employee health insurance costs, provides a $15,000 life insurance policy and, once eligible, the agency matches up to 3% in a Simple IRA.  Both health insurance and life insurance go in to effect 90 days after the date of hire.
