Therapist - Conflict Resolution  

 

 

BASED AT:  Daytona Beach Counseling Center

 

 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

Florida Licensed clinical therapist in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health or Psychology.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide in-home conflict resolution skills for families enrolled in Conflict Resolution.  Clientele will be adults involved with Community Partnership for Children who are exhibiting anger to the degree it is interfering with reunification.

 

BENEFITS: 

Incentive program for therapists who produce an average of over 24 billable hours in a week at $30.00 per hour.

120 hours of paid time off in your first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6 – 10 and 240 hours after 11 plus years.  10 paid holidays per year.  Agency pays 87% of health insurance costs, provides a life insurance policy and up to 3% match in a Simple IRA.
