     The House Next Door provides full-time employees 120 hours of paid time off in their first year of employment, increasing to 200 hours for years 2 – 5, 225 hours for years 6 – 10, and 240 hours after 11 plus years.  10 paid holidays per year.  Agency pays 87% of health insurance costs, provides a life insurance policy, and up to 3% match in a Simple IRA. Both health insurance and life insurance go into effect 90 days after the date of hire.
