Health Card Application Specialist  

 

BASED AT:  Pierson—Monday Only

                Administration—Tuesday - Friday

 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

 

High School diploma or equivalent.  Experience dealing with the public.  Detailed, organized, able to meet deadlines, empathetic, nonjudgmental and have good computer and online skills.  English/Spanish speaker required.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Assisting individuals to complete WVHA Health Card Application, pre-screening for eligibility, submitting application to processing center, follow up to track status after submission.

 

40 Hours Per Week
